Bob Thompson leads the People Services Group for DSP Solutions. This groups consists of IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation and Recruiting Services. Bob has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience within the Information Technology and Consulting Services market place. His entrepreneurial spirit led Bob to gain employment with multiple start-ups in which his primary responsibilities included; strategic planning, overall company growth, expansion and profitability. Bob held ownership, executive and sales positions in these organizations.

In October of 2004 Bob chose to put his entrepreneurial skills to use in forming DSP Solutions. Since DSP Solutions inception Randy Weisenseel and Glenn Mitchell have joined DSP as partners and leaders on our executive team.

Bob has an accounting degree from Cleveland State University and received his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Bob is active in coaching in the Medina youth football and basketball programs and DSP Solutions remains active in donating time and money to Medina Public Schools and Medina Youth programs.

Randy Weisenseel provides the overall leadership for the technical direction of DSP Solutions, Inc. He drives technology and architectural decisions across the company ensuring that the technical services of DSP Solutions are consistent with the long-term growth strategy.

Before joining forces with Bob Thompson, Randy had varied experiences based in the application development and data infrastructure arenas. He has technical experience in programming (object-oriented coding), databases (Micrsoft SQL Server), project management, and systems and platform integrations.

Glenn Mitchell leads the Strategy services group for DSP Solutions, Inc. He has over 27 years of experience in implementing IT solutions within multiple industries. Glenn also brings a strong mix of both corporate and consulting experience that allows him to work effectively with IT executives to get things done.

Prior to DSP, Glenn held roles as CIO for Celtic Life Insurance in Chicago, Managing Partner for both Whittman-Hart and Haverstick Consulting in Cleveland, and most recently, Principal at Brulant in charge of their Managed Services practice.

Glenn's teams relevant skills include strategically aligning IT with the business, point solutions around supporting production IT environments, PMO excellence, Agile/Scrum consulting and IT leadership development.
